Clinician's hand writing in a patient's medical record
How it works

Run the consultation, not a quiz

  • Take a real history through free-text questions, gated the way an actual consultation is — nothing is handed to you
  • Examination findings only appear for the systems you'd genuinely choose to check
  • Order investigations by typing what you'd actually request, not picking from a menu
  • A structured reflection at the end shows what you covered — and what you missed, and why it mattered

The free sample below focuses on history-taking, examination and the reflection — typed investigation ordering is part of the fuller case library.

Why it's built this way

Strict, not generous

The AI in each case has one job: match what you type to facts that already exist in that case. It never invents, improvises or paraphrases a clinical finding — every result you see was authored and checked by a clinician beforehand. That's a deliberate constraint, not a limitation: it's what keeps every learner's version of a case consistent, and keeps the simulator honest about what it actually knows.

"Ask anything else" is wired to the case script —
not to general medical knowledge.

Outside what's documented, expect a plain
"nothing of note."
